Mankato Clinic Diabetes Center OpportunityAt Mankato Clinic, you'll work alongside a dedicated team that includes:Certified Diabetes EducatorsRegistered DietitiansClinical PharmDDedicated RN Triage NurseCollaborative physicians and specialty providers committed to high-quality, patient-centered careOur multidisciplinary model provides the resources and support needed to optimize patient outcomes while fostering provider collaboration and professional growth.Position highlights include:Full-time opportunityPractice within an ADA Certified Diabetes CenterComprehensive diabetes management across the adult populationCollaborative, team-based care modelStrong clinical support allowing providers to practice at the top of their licenseOpportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and positively impact chronic disease managementRequired qualifications include:Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in MinnesotaMinimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in diabetes management, endocrinology, primary care, or a closely related specialtyStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skillsCommitment to evidence-based, compassionate patient carePreferred qualifications include:Board Certification in Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) and/or significant experience in adult diabetes managementExperience in endocrinology practiceExperience managing patients utilizing insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and advanced diabetes technologiesCompensation and benefits include:Salary range $105,000 - $160,000 based on experience.
