Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician Opening Location: Amarillo Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT) Employment Type: Employed Position Candidate Type: Board Eligible or Board Certified ENT Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians Position Overview

Join an established ENT group
Team includes 2 ENTs, 1 APP, 1 Audiologist, and 1 Audiology Technician
On-site audiology services and diagnostic testing
Mentorship available for new graduates
Collegial and collaborative practice environment
Experienced support staff and first-assist surgical support

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Flexible schedule model
- 2.5 days outpatient clinic
- 2 days operating room

Call

Light call: Approximately 5 days per month

Clinical Volume

Expected patient load: 20 patients per day

Technology is designed to automate documentation, reduce administrative work, improve patient flow, and support accurate coding. Compensation & Benefits Total earning potential up to $550,000 including incentives Compensation package may include:
