Efficiently manage express service appointments, ensuring quick and effective service. Communicate clearly with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services. Provide accurate cost estimates for services and explain the benefits of various options. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Ensure a smooth and efficient process from check-in to checkout, minimizing wait times. Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and any additional services required. Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner. Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle. Sets and achieves targeted sales goals. Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote positive customer experiences. Position Information: This is a full-time, exempt-status position.
