Manage and prepare for service appointments and ensure accurate documentation of customer information. Provide clear estimates of repair and service costs based on customer needs. Advise customers on necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and product recommendations. Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring seamless communication. Manage appointment follow-up communication with customers on vehicle status. Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a professional environment. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Sets and achieves targeted sales goals. Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Position Information: This is a full-time, exempt-status position.
