Work Environment

You will enjoy a structured schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care, establishing strong rapport with patients to address their unique rehabilitation objectives.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, ensuring sufficient time is allocated for comprehensive assessment and treatment.
• Implement evidence-based orthopedic outpatient care strategies, relying on your expertise and prior clinical experience.
• Utilize cost-effective and innovative treatment modalities to enhance patients' mobility and functional capacity.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatment options, minimizing dependence on medications and emphasizing recovery through physical therapy.
• Design and execute detailed care plans that include a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patients.
• Motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering resilience and encouraging active participation in their health.
• Continuously assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy practices and research to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge treatment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in various manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for precise and efficient documentation.
• A sound understanding of the latest physical therapy methodologies and their evidence basis to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing patient-centered rehabilitation programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective patient education and collaboration with peers.
• Ability to manage a varied patient load while maintaining a high level of personalized care.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
