Conduct legal research and analysis. Engage in negotiation and courtroom advocacy. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service. Requirements 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation. Experience managing cases through all phases of litigation. Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills. Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines. Sound judgment and strategic thinking abilities. Commitment to professionalism and ethical standards. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Active license to practice law in Michigan.
