Workers Compensation Attorney – Associate Clifton, New Jersey 03/31/2026 Compensation: 85000.-100000. / Annually Our client, a leading Personal Injury law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney , to join their winning team in Clifton. Our candidate of choice will bring a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of Workers Compensation experience. You must have high-energy and be a detail-driven Personal Injury professional ready to fight for our clients and deliver results. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment, then this job is for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through settlement Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters Draft demands, negotiate settlements, and prepare case files Schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings for trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation.
