Contract Type & Term Options: Temp-Only Option: 1 to 2 months duration (until FTE position is filled). Temp-to-Perm Option: 3-month contract period prior to potential FTE conversion. (Note: Active recruitment for a permanent replacement will run concurrently).

Role & Department Details: Work Location: 100% Onsite | 81 Highland Ave, Salem, MA (free parking available + free shuttle services) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Candidate Qualifications & Screening

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supervising and coordinating the administrative operations of the clinic. Work closely with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient care.

Essential Functions (Key Roles & Responsibilities): Coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources. Manage and schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits for patients. Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Oversee patient registration, check-in, and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive patient experience. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and other clinic resources. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and protocols. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Degree - Field of Study - Required/Preferred - And/Or Bachelor's Degree - Healthcare Management - required - or Bachelor's Degree - Related Field of Study - required Can this role accept experience in lieu of Education requirements? - No Licenses and Certifications: Licenses/Certifications - Required/ Preferred Work Experience: Experience Details - Years of Experience - Required/ Preferred And/Or Clinic/Office/Hospital Experience - 3-5 years - required - and Administrative Office Experience - 3-5 years - required - and Leadership/Supervisory Experience - 2-3 years - preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and industry standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
