Senior Product Marketing ManagerWe're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for Turing's Frontier AI business. Our customers are building frontier AI models that rely on Turing's high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, benchmarks, and expert network to train & improve their models.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to shape the narrative around our products and create compelling content for AI researchers, including technical blogs, demos, and customer-facing presentations.Who You AreYou're intellectually curious and enjoy learning how AI models are trained and improved. You combine strategic thinking with a bias for execution and are comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to help accelerate frontier AI by enabling better data, better evaluations, and better model performance.What You'll DoDevelop Positioning and MessagingDevelop differentiated positioning and messaging for our datasets, benchmarks, research, and reinforcement learning environments.Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for AI researchers.Partner closely with the Research team to ensure our messaging accurately reflects Turing's capabilities and differentiation.Lead Product LaunchesLead go-to-market execution for new products and capabilities.Coordinate cross-functional launch plans and ensure teams are aligned on messaging, enablement, and customer communications.Create launch materials, including product pages, technical blogs, presentations, customer stories, demos, and sales enablement content.Be the Voice of the CustomerDevelop a deep understanding of frontier AI labs and their technical decision-makers.Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.Bring customer and market insights back to Research teams to help inform roadmap and positioning decisions.Enable Our Go-to-Market TeamsDevelop sales enablement materials that help teams communicate product value to technical buyers.Create competitive intelligence and battle cards.Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve product adoption and customer engagement.QualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or a related go-to-market role.Bachelor's in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experienceExperience marketing highly technical products, such as AI/ML platforms, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to technical audiences.Experience leading cross-functional product launches from planning through execution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling technical and customer-facing content.Strong customer research, competitive analysis, and market insight skills.PreferredExperience with AI, machine learning, data infrastructure, developer platforms, or foundation model ecosystems.Familiarity with concepts such as:Foundation modelsModel evaluationsReinforcement learning (RLHF, RLVR)Synthetic dataHuman-in-the-loop systemsMultimodal AILLM benchmarkingData pipelinesExperience marketing to AI researchers, ML engineers, developers, or other technical audiences.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first year, you'll:Develop clear, differentiated messaging across key product areas.Successfully launch new products and capabilities that drive customer engagement and adoption.Deepen our understanding of customer needs through ongoing market and customer research.Help strengthen our reputation as a trusted and a research-forward partner to frontier AI labs.Compensation: $159,000 to $205,000 base + equityValuesWe are client first : We put our clients at the center of everything we do, because their success is the ultimate measure of our value.We work at Start-Up Speed : We move fast, stay agile and favor action because momentum is the foundation of perfectionWe are AI forward : We help our clients build the future of Al and implement it in our own roles and workflow to amplify productivity.Advantages of joining TuringAmazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)Competitive compensationDon't meet every single requirement?
