THE ROLE


We are seeking a Substitute Floor Supervisor to join our team to cover a temporary leave


This role is an integral part of delivering a high-touch, luxury guest experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, precision, and personality.


The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the housekeeping department to ensure that the guest rooms, public areas, and back of house of the hotel are kept clean and orderly. Additionally, the Housekeeping Supervisor provides support and guidance to the housekeeping team.


WHAT YOU WILL ROCK


In this role, you will lead the execution of housekeeping operations with a focus on excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee room inspections, coordinate daily assignments, and ensure all guest areas, both front and back of house, are maintained in pristine condition.


You will support, coach, and develop Housekeeping Band Members, ensuring performance standards are met while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. With a strong attention to detail, you will proactively identify and resolve maintenance needs, monitor room status, and ensure alignment with Front Office and Engineering for seamless operations.


You will also manage guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Maintaining inventory, safeguarding equipment, and ensuring compliance with all operational procedures, safety standards, and brand expectations will be key components of your role.


All responsibilities are executed with a focus on consistency, attention to detail, and elevated service standards.
