Job Purpose The purpose of the Warehouse Person position is to be responsible for the receipt, inventory management, and delivery preparation of large power distribution equipment including transformers, load banks, and related materials within the warehouse/distribution center for ProSolutions Power Distribution. Duties include processing orders, inventory management, and minor/limited repair and maintenance of equipment. The candidate will operate within the warehouse facility, including the use of a forklift to move and stage equipment. He/she performs at the highest standard of quality within the branch, acting as a representative of Herc Rentals. What you will do... Follow and comply with all warehouse policies and procedures Ensure the accuracy of transactions within our inventory management systems Inventory management and control Manage the receipt and dispatch of equipment and materials through the use of various couriers/carriers as per shipping instructions Operate a forklift to move, stage, and organize equipment within the warehouse Follow safety practices and maintain consistent housekeeping practices throughout the warehouse Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain issues with transformers, load banks, and other power distribution equipment Complete the required paperwork and record keeping associated with maintenance and repairs Related duties as necessary for the accomplishment of the position Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Understands the importance of time management and standard operating procedures Read and comprehend owner's manuals and product/warning labels Ability to operate and manipulate assorted industrial and general tools Ability to safely lift up to 50 LBs Ability to operate a forklift (certification provided/required) Ability to work multiple shifts Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and documentation Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude for troubleshooting power distribution equipment Forklift operation proficiency (or ability to become certified) Organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow detailed technical instructions, manuals, and safety labeling Basic computer proficiency for use of inventory management systems Problem-solving skills for diagnosing equipment issues Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills Safety-first mindset and consistent housekeeping discipline Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
