About Our Agency
Since opening the agency in 2018, we've built a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and helping our community protect what matters most. My State Farm career began in 2011, working in an agent's office before becoming an Agency Field Specialist. Opening my own agency in the town where I grew up was a natural next step and an opportunity to serve the community that helped shape me. As a second-generation State Farm agent and current President of the Chamber of Commerce, I'm passionate about supporting local businesses and strengthening our community. Community involvement remains a major priority, and we're excited to continue expanding our efforts in the years ahead. Our office is known for being a hardworking, competitive, and high-energy team. We consistently rank among the top agencies in our territory because we show up every day ready to succeed. While we love competition and celebrating wins, our success is built on teamwork, honesty, and doing what's right for our customers. Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tina Biscan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Westmont.
- Our office is open 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday (Evenings and Weekend by Appointment only).
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2018.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
