We're looking for people who are competitive, coachable, customer-focused and serious about making money.At Sponsler Donley Ford of Ashland, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth. In this position, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our wide range of vehicles, and guide them through the purchase process with professionalism and integrity.ResponsibilitiesGreet and interact with customers, identifying their automotive needs and preferences.Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.Assist customers throughout the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and closing sales.Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership sales targets.Stay updated on automotive industry trends and new product developments.RequirementsProven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role is preferred but not required.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a customer-focused attitude.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.BenefitsCompensation ranging from $36,000 to $100,000+401K with Employer MatchHealth, Dental, Life, Vision and Supplemental Insurances.Access to employee discounts and special offers.About the CompanySponsler Donley Ford of Ashland is a trusted name in automotive sales, committed to delivering exceptional service and quality vehicles to the Ashland, OH community.
