Construction General Laborer

The More You Master, The More You Make.

Since 1975 Thrasher has been redefining what it means to be a contractor. We are a family owned company with locations across the U.S. specializing in waterproofing, foundations, and concrete repair and we are on a mission to deliver a WOW experience in an industry known for mediocrity. We believe fulfilling work creates fulfilling lives and we back that up by investing in our people, challenging the status quo, and creating real opportunities for growth. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat; we are looking for leaders who want to make an impact.

Tired of getting paid the same as the person next to you who cuts corners? You won't here. Master the trade, and your paycheck proves it. Thrasher Foundation Repair is elevating the standard in an industry that stopped trying. We keep our word, and we deliver real solutions that protect homeowners.

Starting Pay: $17–$21/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an  average of $35–$55/hour total compensation . There's no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!

The Role

As a construction team member, you will:

• Learn. Start as an Installer, no experience required. We train you on every tool, every process, every safety standard from day one.
• Master. Move from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead on skill, not tenure. The better you get, the faster you move.
• Earn. Once you're a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew's efficiency drives an uncapped bonus. Skill shows up in your paycheck, not just your title.

Why Choose Thrasher

• A real path up: Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead isn't a talking point here, it's a 30% annual promotion rate.
• Overtime pays out: Extra hours mean extra pay. Every time
• Weekends are yours: Early start, early end, Monday through Friday. No weekend work.
• Year-round stability: 50+ years, zero seasonal layoffs. We've only grown.
• Uncapped earning potential: Once you're a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew's efficiency drives your bonus. Top performers earn up to $150,000 annually. No cap.
• Full benefits:  Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 5% match, 2 weeks PTO, holiday pay, per diem for overnight travel.

Who You Are

• No construction experience? No problem. We train the trade from the ground up. What you bring is the willingness to learn it right.
• You show up. Every day, on time, ready to work. Reliability isn't optional to you, it's who you are.
• You want to build a skill, not just clock hours. The trade is something you master, not just something you do.
• You take pride in your work. When a homeowner sleeps easier because of what you built, that means something to you.
• At your best when the bar is high, the pace is fast, and the rewards match the effort.
• You'd rather do a job well than do it fast. Corners don't get cut on your watch.

Other jobs pay you to stay. This one pays you to grow. Apply.
