Our productions range from TV premieres/screenings, press events, consumer activations, live shows and festivals. Job Description Hudson Gray is seeking a full time Mid-Level Graphic Designer with extensive experience in print production and file preparation for physical environments. Immediate start through late October. Key Responsibilities File Preparation & Prepress: Prepare error-free, production-ready files across a wide range of assets, including small-scale collateral (napkins, custom signage, menus) and large-format print (scenic backdrops, step-and-repeats, oversized graphics). Vendor & Production Management: Lead vendor communications for print setup, material specs, color checks, and production proofing to ensure seamless execution. Scale & Technical Execution: Manage asset scaling, vector conversion, trim/bleed settings, and color profile alignment (CMYK/Pantone) across various physical materials. Qualifications Start Date: Must be available for an immediate start. Print Production Expertise (Required): Proven track record of setting up complex print files for physical/experiential builds with zero margin for error. Vendor Handoff Experience: Strong experience managing print vendors through production pipelines on tight timelines. Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with deep prepress knowledge.
