About The Role Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of people first hear that story. Paid ads are one of our highest‑leverage channels, and creative is at the core of what makes them work. The Growth Marketing team builds the creative that drives Ramp’s acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and beyond. We’re looking for a blazingly fast designer who thrives in a high‑velocity testing environment, cares deeply about craft, and wants to shape how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, display, and landing pages. You’ll help us turn ideas into ads that move metrics—while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like. This is a 4–6 month contract position with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
