Account Manager - Personal Lines

Salary: $55,000-$80,000, with a $5,000 increase upon obtaining insurance licensing Type: Full-Time, In-Office About the Opportunity Service Specialists is partnering with a growing insurance agency in Madison, MS, looking for an Account Manager - Personal Lines to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and taking ownership of the client experience. The Account Manager will work closely with leadership and become a trusted point of contact for personal line clients. Insurance experience is not required. Licensing support and training will be provided. The right person will have strong communication skills, a genuine desire to help others, and the ability to learn, think on their feet, and take ownership. What You'll Do Be the primary point of contact that your clients call - for a quick question, a life change, a renewal, or a claim. Build real, lasting relationships with clients, creating a trusting environment. Assist clients with renewals, life changes, claims, and coverage-related needs. Proactively follow up with clients and ensure their needs are addressed. Develop a strong understanding of each client’s individual needs and circumstances. Deliver a polished, personal experience on every request - the processing team handles the paperwork so you can focus on the relationship. What We're Looking For Someone naturally good with people - warm, direct, and trustworthy. A strong communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing. Organized and dependable, with the ability to keep track of a lot of client relationships at once. A background in customer service, hospitality, sales, or account management is a plus.
