Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports/Upper Extremity (Total Shoulder) | Charlotte, NC | EDRP/Sign-on Bonus Available

Our organization is in search of a full-time, board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports/Upper Extremity, particularly in Total Shoulder procedures, to enhance our dedicated team at the Charlotte Health Care Center.

• Provide comprehensive surgical and clinical orthopedic services to Veterans.

• Support the development of outpatient and revision total joint programs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team under the leadership of the Orthopedic Section Chief.

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency.

• Board certification or eligibility is required; fellowship training is highly preferred.

• Experience in total joint replacement and revision is advantageous.

• A full, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory is necessary.

• U.S. Citizenship is required (non-citizens may be considered only if no qualified citizens are available, in accordance with VA policy).

• Opportunities for academic involvement with Atrium Wake Forest Baptist and Atrium Health.

• Attractive salary range: $300,000-$400,000.
