Director Financial Planning and Analysis

Director Financial Planning and Analysis Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP Finance will lead the company’s finance function, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, and internal controls. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for a commercially focused finance professional who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and can balance strategic leadership with day‑to‑day execution. Key responsibilities include developing budgets and financial models, managing month‑end close processes, strengthening financial operations and controls, supporting executive decision‑making through data‑driven insights, and leading financial preparation for fundraising and investor relations activities. The role also partners closely with senior leadership on commercial strategy, operational planning, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience within a high‑growth startup or scale‑up environment, strong FP&A and modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to executives, boards, and investors. Experience with SaaS or subscription‑based business models and fundraising support is preferred. Any experience in the entertainment or sports industry is a plus.
