We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant/Bookkeeper. This full-time role is perfect for someone eager to grow with us and contribute to our success for many years to come.

Position Overview:

Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper who also has some graphic design experience is plus.

The ideal candidate will maintain our daily financial records and office operations. This role requires exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping : Process accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank statements, and perform data entry in QuickBooks and spreadsheets.


• Office Support: Handling phone calls, ordering, maintaining digital or physical records, and assisting with payroll.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an office assistant, bookkeeper, or similar role.


• Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


• Knowledge of graphic design software Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.


• Strong communication for client interaction and organizational skills.


• Experience with accounts payable and receivable.


• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Assist with basic payroll processing and tracking, and provide data for annual tax preparation.
