As a trusted national retail partner supporting Spectrum , our organization plays an important role in expanding telecommunications services, connecting customers with solutions, and supporting new market growth throughout Arizona.

With the ongoing expansion involving Cox and Spectrum, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer communications, brand representation, sales, and business development while building a foundation for long-term leadership opportunities.

No previous telecommunications experience is required. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ambition to grow professionally.

What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized telecommunications services through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Communicate product information, service benefits, and promotional opportunities to prospective customers.
• Support customer acquisition initiatives throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
• Build professional relationships with customers while providing exceptional service.
• Participate in retail campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales objectives.
• Attend ongoing training sessions focused on communication, customer relations, and leadership development.
• Assist with market expansion initiatives as the organization continues growing throughout Arizona.
