Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering solutions for our hedge fund investment teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. The Hedge Fund Technology team supports Wellington’s hedge fund investors and related internal investment teams by delivering technology solutions that enhance the efficiency, speed, and quality of complex investment decision‑making. Current initiatives include modernization of real‑time P&L capabilities, investor‑facing analytics, and broader hedge fund tooling. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering these platforms and services.
