As a Manufacturing Technician II, you'll work hands-on in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are top priorities. Responsibilities - Operate and monitor chemical batch manufacturing equipment such as reactors, pressure filters, pumps, and packaging machinery following SOPs and safety protocols - Train new team members on standard operating and unit operation procedures - Execute equipment changeovers, elutriation, polymerization, bead coating, and product discharge processes - Maintain accurate batch and equipment records to meet ISO13485 standards and support Good Documentation Practices - Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities within the work center, including cleaning and organization - Uphold all company Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards, wearing required PPE Required Skills and Experience - High school diploma or GED - Minimum 1 year experience in chemical, biotech, or related manufacturing/operations/lab setting - Proficient in basic calculations, data interpretation, and troubleshooting - Strong oral and written communication abilities - Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, push 55-gallon drums, and wear full PPE - Comfortable working rotating night shifts (6:00 pm - 6:30 am, every other weekend) Preferred Skills - Exposure to cGMP environment - Experience with Delta V systems or SAP - Knowledge of ISO13485 documentation standards Benefits - Work alongside industry experts in a state-of-the-art facility - Mentorship and on-the-job training for career advancement - Make a direct impact on products that support global health and safety - Inclusive, safety-focused culture with opportunities for skill development How to Apply Ready to advance your manufacturing career and join a purpose-driven team?
