Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large, nationally recognized organization based in Kansas City to add a Contract HR Coordinator to support their Campus Early Talent Acquisition team. This role will assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination for professional hires across the organization.


The recruiting team manages a very high volume of hiring activity each year, so this role is critical in helping keep the recruiting process organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a busy recruiting team.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
• Support Talent Acquisition Managers with recruiting logistics and candidate communication
• Various campus tasks to assist campus teams in for early careers recruiting initiatives
• Extend offers and assist with candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Send first-day details and onboarding information to new hires
• Assist with I-9 processing and onboarding documentation
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruiting system
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as hiring needs fluctuate

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with recruiting systems or HR platforms preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
