Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
Shifts : 1st Shift | 3rd Shift
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for accurately picking products, preparing customer orders, and packing items for shipment while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Available Shifts- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Work Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
- Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
- Available Positions: 10 openings on 1st Shift and 10 openings on 3rd Shift
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders, pick lists, or system instructions.
- Pack products securely and prepare completed orders for shipment.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and order accuracy.
- Scan products and orders using warehouse scanners or other equipment as required.
- Sort, organize, and stage products and completed orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues to the appropriate team member.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely handle packages and products as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day .
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented . We are looking for individuals who can maintain consistent attendance, work efficiently, and accurately complete picking and packing assignments. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
