You will partner with senior leaders to assess opportunities, define priorities, and drive transformation across people, processes, and locations. You will guide a high-performing team and build scalable approaches that support long-term growth and evolving client expectations.Job Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of multi-year organizational strategy aligned to business priorities and operating goalsPartner with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities, assess trade-offs, and drive decision-making through structured analysisShape operating model improvements by defining target-state capabilities, governance, and delivery approachesLead workforce transformation initiatives, including capability planning and role evolution, in partnership with key stakeholdersDevelop and support location strategy assessments to improve effectiveness and resilienceEstablish program governance, milestones, and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes across initiativesTranslate complex topics into clear executive-level narratives, updates, and recommendationsLead cross-functional working groups to remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and deliver sustainable changeCoach and develop team members through clear goals, feedback, and inclusive leadership practicesIdentify implementation risks and support mitigation planning in collaboration with appropriate partnersRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:10+ years of experience in program management and change management within a large-scale organization, with a focus on transformation initiativesExperience leading teams and communicating with senior stakeholders through written and verbal presentationsBachelor's degreeExperience applying structured analytical approaches to evaluate options and develop recommendationsKnowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and business applicationsExperience using data visualization and workflow/analytics tools such as Alteryx or TableauProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to produce executive-level materials and in Microsoft Excel to support program analytics and reportingExperience with Microsoft SharePointExperience managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment and building partnerships with stakeholders across functions and locationsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:Experience supporting client onboarding, client service, or operations organizationsExperience designing or evolving operating models at scale, leading workforce planning, location strategy, or capacity planning initiativesExperience establishing enterprise governance and transformation measurement frameworksDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration within operational workflows, including experience evaluating, implementing, or governing AI-driven solutions to achieve scalable process improvements and strategic objectivesExperience leading teams through the adoption of AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support consistent, well-controlled execution through coaching, change adoption, and continuous improvementAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
