Introductory Period This position is subject to a 90‑day introductory period. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period. At the end of the introductory period, performance will be reviewed to determine continued employment. Physical Requirements Stand up to 10 hours during a shift Lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climb a ladder on occasion Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists Qualifications At least 18 years of age Current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record Basic language and mathematical skills Ability to multi‑task Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to work 50 hours per week, including all shifts, weekends and holidays as required Reliable attendance and punctuality; responsible, dependable, and adaptable to change Previous people management experience Self‑motivated and dependable High school education or equivalent Ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining total customer focus Additional Information This company participates in the E‑verify program. #J-18808-Ljbffr Convenience Stores Inc
