Kitchen Manager – New Restaurant Opening | McDonough GA
Total Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What You'll Do
- Lead all back-of-house operations while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Manage food and labor costs while driving operational excellence.
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently exceeded.
- Partner with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience from opening day forward.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef leadership experience.
- Scratch kitchen experience is required.
- Proven success managing high-volume restaurant sales .
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing and able to travel out of town for an extended training period before returning to lead the opening of the McDonough GA location.
Compensation & Benefits
