We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the Western U.S. for a leading SaaS organization supporting higher education, career services, workforce development, and employability-focused organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a designated territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Sell consultative, data-driven SaaS solutions
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain CRM pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS/software sales experience
- Experience selling into higher education, career services, workforce development, employability, or related markets
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
Preferred
- Existing network within higher education, career services, or workforce development
- Experience selling outcomes tracking, reporting, analytics, or career services technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Salary: $125,000 Base
Location: Remote (Mountain Time Zone Hours)
Travel: Approximately 50%
