Our client is hiring for an Accounting Manager in Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP standards
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate audit activities, strengthen internal controls, and assist with accounting systems and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a MUST
• Prior accounting leadership or management experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
