JOB OPPORTUNITY #: 23-014 ASST PROSECUTING ATTORNEY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY POSTED: 12/23/25 Responsibilities: Conducts factual and legal analysis of reports submitted by law enforcement agencies to determine whether charges should be filed based on the facts and the law; represents the State of Missouri at docket calls, jury trials, and grand jury proceedings; manages assigned cases; maintains proficiency in Missouri and Federal law. Two (2) years or more of relevant legal experience eligible to enter as APA II. Salary commensurate with relevant experience. Assistant Prosecuting Attorney II: $92,435 - $99,112.
