Store Operations Specialist - Field Engagement & Events

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Specialist - Field Engagement & Events to support store grand openings, field events, associate engagement programs, and consumer-facing event initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of event planning, meeting planning, or project coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Store Operations Specialist will manage event logistics, project timelines, vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful execution of store and field initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate logistics and vendor partnerships for store grand openings and other field events .
• Support planning and execution of associate engagement programs and pilot consumer store events.
• Track event budgets, expenses, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate event materials, schedules, vendors, and operational requirements.
• Communicate project updates, meeting recaps, deadlines, and key milestones to internal partners.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables and action items remain on schedule.
• Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify potential project or event issues and proactively coordinate solutions.
• Provide onsite event support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in event planning, meeting planning, event coordination, project coordination, or a related field .
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook .
• Ability to travel as needed for store openings and events.

Preferred Experience

• Retail, corporate event, field marketing, experiential marketing, or store operations experience.
• Experience supporting grand openings, store launches, employee/associate engagement events, or consumer events .
• Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, event logistics, and project timelines.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
