Director, Program Management, Oncology

Moderna

Spring/Summer co-op program (January-June 2027) in research engineering and AI integration at Moderna's Cambridge site. Contribute to technology solutions for drug development and manufacturing processes while gaining hands-on experience in automation and systems integration.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned clinical trials to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of all deliverables
Oversee feasibility processes and coordinate with internal teams on study execution and timelines
Draft and maintain site materials including training documentation and support resources
Monitor clinical data entry, review periodic data quality, and support data review meetings
Ensure trial compliance with Moderna and ICH/GCP standards across multiple global regions

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of trial coordination experience in clinical research industry
Bachelor's degree in science-based subject; advanced degree preferred
Understanding of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines for clinical study conduct
Solid knowledge of drug development processes
Project management skills with excellent organizational abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in global clinical trial settings

Compensation: $109,200-$174,600 base
