Logistics Coordinator

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Location: League City, TX Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Pay: $15 - $20/hour Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking an organized and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator for a growing company. This role combines accounts receivable, logistics, customer service, and product return coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES Create freight quotes for customers. Manage Will-Call schedules and prepare for pickup. Continuous filing both hard-copy and electronically. Enter purchase orders accurately into QuickBooks. Review purchase orders for accuracy. Heavy data entry. Shipping both domestic and international customer orders. Provide customer support by phone and email. Assist logistics manager with other necessary tasks. Maintain accurate records and support general administrative needs. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in Logistics industry is required 1-2 years Logistics, inventory, or customer service experience. Strong phone, email, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus! Accuracy and Attention to Detail required. Willingness to work in a small office environment. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and work both indoors and outdoors due to Will-Call window. #J-18808-Ljbffr
