Location: Northwest Dallas Area

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience) | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

Openwork is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to hire a skilled Brake Press Operator . This role is ideal for experienced professionals who take pride in precision work and are seeking a stable opportunity with long-term growth potential.

If you have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and hands-on experience with advanced press brake systems, this opportunity offers consistency and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up press brake machines, tooling, and determine proper bend sequences.
Operate press brake equipment, including AMADA RG Brake with CN9-EX console and depth mode programming.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2+ years of press brake or sheet metal experience.
Required: Experience operating AMADA RG press brake with CN9-EX console.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
