You will work closely with clients to guide them through their therapeutic journey, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.This position offers….Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no costMileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travelEmployee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College TuitionWorkplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce.Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:Provide individual, group, family, and/or other practical counseling in various settings to meet client/patient needs and treatment goals.Complete intake/screening and/or comprehensive assessment processes within designated time frames.Determine and document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments.Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings, providing feedback on pertinent cases.Ensure authorized services are approved and adequate information is provided within specified time frames.Document all services provided in accordance with regulatory standards.Assist clients/patients through the transition process and complete final correspondence.Maintain positive, professional relationships with referral sources, clients/patients, and coworkers.Handle crisis situations as they arise and participate in emergency services as needed.Facilitate group counseling, family therapy, and individual sessions, including specialty services.Provide clinical consultation to treatment team members when necessary.Other duties as assigned by leadership.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Holds licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state of practice as a professional counselor or social worker (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).Must be willing to become licensed in additional states as needed.Must be comfortable providing telehealth services (training will be provided).Additional Qualifications:Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment.Behavioral Management training completed within thirty (30) days of employment.Knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the program to which the associate is assigned.Physical Requirements:ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
