Digital Marketing Data Analyst — North AmericaIn the role of Digital Marketing Data Analyst in the Global Marketing — Digital Media team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will serve as the data and measurement backbone of our digital media practice — owning reporting infrastructure, designing experiments, and leading advanced measurement initiatives like data clean rooms.The Team You Will Be Part OfYou will join a high-impact digital media team at SteelSeries covering paid search, paid social, programmatic, and global media operations. The team values data-driven decision-making and collaboration across global stakeholders.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:Build and improve performance reporting across channels, including Power BI dashboards that drive decisionsDefine KPI frameworks andidentifytrends, anomalies, and optimization opportunitiesDesign and analyze A/B tests and deliver clear, actionable recommendationsSupport data clean room initiatives and incrementality measurementWrite SQL queries to develop unified cross-platform performance insightsCollaborate with engineering on data pipelines and tracking frameworksTranslate analysis into clear insights for stakeholders and leadershipTo perform well in the role, we imagine that you:Have a strong background in digital or media analyticsAre proficient in SQL and working with data warehousesHave experience building dashboards in BI toolsUnderstand paid media platforms and their data outputsAre comfortable designing and analyzing experimentsCan communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesIt is beneficial to have experience with data clean rooms, attribution models, or statistical tools like Python or RAt GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexibleworkingwhenever possible.
