Patient Registration (Overnight)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer service-oriented individual for an exciting contract-to-hire Patient Registration opportunity with an impressive healthcare network located in the Fishers, IN area!
What You'll Be Doing- Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
- Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
- Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
- Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
- Some office, food service, or retail experience required .
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required .
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required!
