Litigation Associate
Stelton Consulting
We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our firm's Hamilton, NJ office with a focus on personal injury litigation . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all phases of personal injury litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
• Take and defend depositions and attend oral motion hearings
• Evaluate claims, retain experts, and counsel clients
• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
• NJ Bar admission required
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Insurance defense background welcomed
• NJ judicial clerkship is a plus
