As our in‑house recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing candidates to onboarding – ensuring we attract top talent across all departments. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Post job ads and manage applicant tracking systems Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles Coordinate and schedule interviews Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process Maintain recruitment records and reports Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter (in‑house or agency) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools A positive, proactive approach to talent acquisition Why Join Us?
