Role Overview: This position involves providing nursing care in both office and patient care environments, requiring strong communication, emotional resilience, and adherence to confidentiality. The role includes working in a fast-paced setting with frequent interruptions, performing tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting, while following infection control protocols and using PPE as needed. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care across all age groups, maintain HIPAA compliance with level 3 access, and adhere to safety and infection prevention standards. The role involves working in proximity to others and managing multiple priorities efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN) Active, unrestricted RN license in New York State Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred in Emergency, Critical Care, Women’s Health, or Pediatrics Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, SANE-A, AFN-C, LNCC preferred Excellent communication skills, emotional resilience, and ability to work independently under pressure Additional Requirements: Completion of NYS Department of Health-approved 40-hour SAFE training and clinical preceptorship hours for SAFE designation are required or must be completed within 3 months of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
