Dyne Therapeutics
Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Scientist in Bioconjugation to design, synthesize, purify, and characterize novel bioconjugates for neuromuscular disease therapeutics. The role focuses on bioconjugation chemistry and analytical characterization to support the company's clinical and preclinical programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and synthesize novel bioconjugates supporting therapeutic pipeline advancement
- Purify and characterize bioconjugate molecules using analytical methods
- Optimize bioconjugation processes and molecular structures
- Collaborate with chemistry, protein engineering, analytical, and biology teams
Requirements
- Expertise in bioconjugation chemistry and oligonucleotide conjugation methods
- Experience with protein purification and analytical characterization techniques
- Prior work designing and synthesizing antibody-drug conjugates or antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates
- Strong problem-solving skills in chemistry and technical development
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary research teams
