Maintain precise documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility guidelines. Contribute insights during interdisciplinary conferences and care team rounds to provide coordinated, holistic care. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. State licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification (welcome asset). Specialized certifications in neurology or geriatrics are a bonus but not mandatory. Solid experience treating patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic healthcare team. Comfort using digital platforms for charting and clinical documentation.
