Track and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to success. Education and Credentials Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university. Encouragement and support for ongoing education or additional certifications. Licenses and Certifications Active OTR/L license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
