What You'll Do As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for clients and patients while supporting the daily operations of the hospital. Client Care & Administrative Duties Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally Schedule appointments and manage multiple provider schedules Answer and direct incoming phone calls Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate client records Assist clients with questions regarding services, products, and treatment plans Communicate with veterinary team members to ensure seamless patient care Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Why Join Stonecrest Animal Hospital? Schedule 8am – 5pm Monday–Friday schedule with NO Saturdays, late nights, or overnight shifts.
