Summary Little Rainbow Daycare Center is accepting applications from Early Childhood Head Teachers with a passion for working with children. We are looking for someone eager, dependable, and professional. An ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the skills, creativity, and intelligence of young children. The successful applicant will be creative in their approach to teaching, helping, and nurturing children during their formative years. Duties Positively impact the life of every child you work with. Communicate effectively with families and other members of your treatment team. Develop meaningful relationships with each family you serve. Create a strong and vibrant classroom culture that nurtures children in healthy ways. Implement age‑appropriate curriculum content. Use assessment tools to track each child's development across multiple domains. Interpret assessment data and use it to make meaningful altering classroom activities. Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that children are meeting their developmental milestones.
