Data Center Dock Supervisor - Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Supervise labor management and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities Keep senior management and client representatives informed of critical issues Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals Ensure compliance with company policies Provide hiring and training programs for team members Assist in evaluating and promoting team members Plan daily work schedules and assign duties to warehouse staff Conduct regular meetings to assess group status and discuss improvements Support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment 1 year experience in a supervisory role Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) RF Scanners WMS functions Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Good communication skills, both written and oral Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends if required Must adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
