Supervising Pharmacist | Riverside, California

This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a 90-bed long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital near Riverside, CA. The role is a contract position with an ASAP start, lasting approximately 13 weeks, and offers potential for temp-to-hire transition.


Location:

• Riverside, CA area (Ontario nearby)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and task assignments
• Perform pharmacist duties involving dispensing and clinical services
• Develop and maintain systems to ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and process improvements
• Serve as a resource for education, onboarding, and standard operating procedures for pharmacy staff

Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacist license
• Proven management experience within a pharmacy setting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage both clinical and administrative pharmacy functions effectively. Candidates located locally or willing to commute within the Riverside/California area are strongly preferred.
