Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of an agency. Compensation Package Salary Range : $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience. Commission : Competitive commission program for both new business and automatic renewals, evenly split within the department. Bonus : Performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities Manage an alpha-split book of business, focusing 20% on new business and 80% on renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met. Work with top carriers, including Citizens, Auto Owners, Progressive, Frankenmuth, and Cincinnati. Utilize the Epic agency management system to manage accounts efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and carriers. Proficiency in using agency management systems, preferably Epic . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
