StevenDouglas has been retained to identify a Corporate Controller. Our client is a global and well-established, growth-oriented chemical manufacturing company in the agricultural sciences space. About the Role You will lead the accounting activities for North America as the Controller. Leading a team you will be responsible for the general ledger, month-end close process, and manufacturing cost accounting, while partnering with management to provide financial analysis that supports strategic and operational decision-making. What You'll Do Own and execute full‑cycle accounting operations and month‑end close Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Partner with Finance leadership on process improvement and internal controls Help guide the upcoming systems transition to SAP What We're Looking For Strong hands‑on accounting/controllership experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment CPA a plus but not required Experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or SAP a plus Mandarin language skills a plus, but not required Ability to be in Burr Ridge, IL office three days a week Occasional travel to Champaign, IL Why Consider This This is an opportunity to join a stable, established organization at a pivotal point, playing a key role in a systems modernization effort and having real influence on how the finance function evolves. #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
